Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth running of the store, including opening, closing, and staff scheduling.
• Hire, train, and supervise employees to maintain high performance and customer service.
• Track sales targets, stock levels, and reorder products when needed.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays according to brand standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• To be aware of the customer profile, the product potential and the commercial strategies of competitors.
• To communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments.
• Work as a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• To be responsible for the store image at all times, ensuring that it is attractive and commercial.
• To perform store changes in a quick and orderly manner.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Greeting and assisting customers with product selection and purchases.
• Restocking and replenishing of product displays.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately.

Key Requirements:

• For Store Manager, atleast 5 years experience in retail line, 2 years supervisory experience
• Entry-level are welcome to apply and training will be provided.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Good team player, can-do attitude and self-motivated.
