Basic salary up $7000 +VB
East area (Tampines)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage internal audit engagements from planning through to execution and reporting.
Identify risks and controls within the organization, conducting audits of financial, operational, and compliance areas.
Develop audit plans and evaluate business processes to ensure internal controls and procedures are followed.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and offer recommendations for improving operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Work closely with senior management to provide insights on potential areas of improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
Follow-up on audit findings and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and auditing best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in retail or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of internal control systems and audit methodologies.
Professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CPA are a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with audit software is an advantage.
