Finance Operations Executive (Post Course Validation) - Toa Payoh

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively across departments to ensure timely and accurate processing within set SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily processing of post course validation tasks by course run.
• Check for completeness of required documents, including payment records, attendance sheets, and assessment outcomes.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Training Support, Operations Team, and Finance Team) to ensure all classes are validated within the stipulated SLA.
• Update internal tracking sheets to support the Finance Manager, Senior Finance Executive, and Payment Collections Team in their follow-up actions.
• Generate and issue Tax Invoices for validated course runs.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Senior Finance Executive to support finance operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with accuracy under tight timelines.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial tracking tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in finance operations or educational institutions will be an advantage.
