Patient Service Associate / Clinic Front desk

Job Responsibilities
  • Attend to patients at the front desk and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and enquiries
  • Perform cashiering duties including billing and payment collection
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for daily clinic operations
  • Assist doctor during consultation when required
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate record keeping
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Doctor
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant clinic experience
  • Prior experience with Plato or Clinic Assist system will be an added advantage
