They deliver impactful projects and strategic programs to advance sectoral developments both in Singapore and abroad.They are seeking a Cluster Lead, Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment strategy and build a strong future-ready workforce.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet organisational needs.
- Process & Policy Improvement: Streamline recruitment processes and review policies to ensure efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.
- People Management: Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to build capability and a high-performance culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Branding: Partner with business leaders and support outreach initiatives to strengthen the organisation’s employer brand.
- Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment.
- Has leadership responsibilities and experience managing teams.
- Strong strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP HR systems is an advantage.
