Join a growing technology company specializing in cybersecurity and network performance monitoring solutions. In this role, you will be involved in post-sales implementation, deployment, and technical support of cybersecurity and network monitoring systems for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities- Conduct post-sales activities related to cybersecurity and network performance monitoring products.
- Participate in large-scale project implementations, both locally and regionally.
- Provide on-site implementation services, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Deliver technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyse and clarify customer issues by performing troubleshooting and researching existing knowledge bases and technical documentation.
- Be available for standby duties to support 24/7 maintenance support calls.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, particularly in network support and administration.
- Possess knowledge and experience in networking technologies, such as routing and switching.
- CCNA or CCSA certification is required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrates strong willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop skills.
- Professional and courteous communication skills when interacting with clients.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
- Willingness to work extended hours and perform standby duties when required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
