Toa Payoh - REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (SEA & India) / $10000 / #ECT

We are seeking a highly driven REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (SEA & India) to spearhead business growth in Singapore, Southeast Asia, and India. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, manage end-to-end business operations, and represent the company across a dynamic and growing market.

• Drive new customer acquisition, manage existing accounts, and oversee distributor/agent relationships across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and India.
• Implement company sales and marketing strategies while driving market expansion initiatives.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Define and achieve ambitious sales targets, providing regular performance updates to headquarters.
• Plan and manage local manpower/outsourcing requirements as business operations scale.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and strategic sales updates to headquarters.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related discipline.
• 10 - 15+ years’ experience in sales, business development, and management within the memory semiconductor industry (e.g., DRAM, Flash) is ideal/advantageous
• Exceptional analytical, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• High adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and India for business development.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup, managing all aspects of regional business operations.
