Responsibilities

Provide casework management to clients with varying needs, risk and safety concerns.
Keep track of rising trends and patterns, develop interventions and programmes within the organisation.
Lead / Co-lead initiatives on community development.
Provide supervision to supervisees on casework and counselling.
