ALL Experiential Pte Ltd is an event management agency seeking to expand our team with enthusiastic, self-motivated Event Executives and Assistant Managers who enjoy creating and producing meetings and incentive programs both locally and internationally.
We are seeking applicants with innovative ideas who are passionate about designing meaningful and impactful experiences that will inspire our clients and their audiences. This person needs to possess strong organisational skills and a careful attention to detail.

Event management or project management experience required. This position is Singapore-based (although travel is required).

EVENT EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities
  • Attentively service clients, by understanding and responding to clients in a perceptive, relevant, and confident manner.
  • Help plan an event in accordance with client objectives and requirements, and pro-actively identify and address gaps and potential problems.
  • Manage event budgets, in part by sourcing and negotiating with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Work as part of a team to execute events flawlessly, trouble-shoot and problem-solve on-site, and also manage and service clients throughout.

  • Strong client-focus and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent personal motivation and initiative, as well as discipline and good judgment
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Demonstrable organisational skills, with a good eye for detail
  • Desire to further their career in the event management industry
  • Willingness to travel

Strong preference for candidates with at least 2 years relevant experience in the MICE, hospitality, advertising, or communications industry.
