2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Expected salary: $1,650 - $4,500 per month

Skills and Qualifications: ● Physical fitness to perform manual handling, lifting, and prolonged standing work. ● Basic knowledge of cargo handling, loading, and unloading procedures. ● Ability to use manual handling tools (pallet jack, hand truck, shrink wrap tools, etc.). ● Good attention to detail in checking cargo labels, quantities, and condition.

● Strong awareness of safety practices and compliance with PPE requirements. ● Team player with good communication and coordination skills. ● Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cargo Loading & Unloading

Assist in stuffing (loading) and unstuffing (unloading) of containers, trucks, and warehouse cargo.
Arrange and stack cargo systematically to maximise space and prevent damage.
Ensure goods are handled with care, especially fragile or perishable items.

Cargo Verification ● Check cargo labels, markings, seal numbers, and quantities against packing lists. ● Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately to supervisors. ● Assist tally clerks or warehouse staff in recording cargo movements.
3. Equipment & Handling Tools ● Operate manual handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck) under supervision. ● Assist forklift operators in positioning and preparing cargo for movement. 4. Safety & Compliance ● Comply with all safety rules, PPE requirements, and port/warehouse regulations.

● Follow safe handling procedures to minimise accidents and injuries. ● Promptly report unsafe practices, hazards, or insufficient manpower. 5. Housekeeping & Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of containers, warehouses, and work areas.
Dispose of dunnage, shrink wrap, and packing waste after operations.

Teamwork & Coordination ● Work closely with supervisors, forklift operators, and fellow workers to ensure smooth operations. ● Follow instructions from warehouse supervisors and operations executives. ● Provide support in other warehouse duties as assigned.
