GPAM Product Development Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with Test Development leader together to drive test strategy, test plan, and characterization plan definition for NPI product development.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams throughout the product development process.
• Prepare technical documentation, including charac plans, test plans, hardware request document, test status report, and charac report.
• Conduct testing and analysis to validate product performance and compliance with standards.
• Manage sample testing, anticipate potential issues, and adjust processes to fulfill sample demand
• Identify and resolve technical issues during development and production.
• Support product launch activities and provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Evaluate and improve existing products to enhance cost efficiency, output, and quality by increasing yield, reducing test time, analyzing customer returns and test coverage improvement.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering or a related field.
• Experience in product development, design, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in phyton and data analytic software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with industrial standard ATE (V93K, T2000, Uflex+..)
