Senior / Associate Executive (Allied Health)

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to provide general administrative and operational support to the Chief Allied Health Professional (CAHP) and executives, ensuring effective and efficient operation of the department.

• Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars for CAHP and Discipline Heads, arranging meetings and taking minutes.
• Assist in planning and executing division events, activities and training programmes and ensuring smooth and effective running of daily division operations.
• Coordinate logistics for events, assist in designing publicity materials, manage digital content and communications, and verify and submit invoices where required.
• Collate data and inputs from various stakeholders, maintain and update databases accurately
• Maintain proper filing systems, ensure office supplies and inventories are adequately replenished and support the upkeep of a well-organised work environment.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

• Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of prior working experience, candidates with prior administrative or secretariat support experience will be preferred
• Well-versed in IT applications such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good organisational skills with attention to detail
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines and work independently in a dynamic environment
