Quality Control / Quality Assurance Executive

• Conducts drinking water quality inspection and test monitoring from water treatment process to bottling process
• Conducts daily hygiene and factory housekeeping inspection including production floor, raw material storage and warehouse facility
• Maintains laboratory inventory, equipment tool calibration and maintenance
• Perform monthly verification of pest control inspection and documentation
• Leads application and renewal of quality standard certification in compliance to SFA (Singapore Food Agency), FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, HACCP and Halal
• Performs internal factory audits, annual ISO certification, surveillance audits and customer related inspections
• Handles external laboratory testing of source water and product drinking water in compliance to SFA standards
• Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
• Oversees quality management compliance, customer quality index and quality control operations
• Conducts annual management review on quality system involving quality performance index, plans and improvements
• Provide training and support to relevant team on systems, policies, procedures and core processes
• Any other duties assigned by Superior

Requirement:

• Proven work experience as a QC / QA for minimum 3 years
• Diploma / Degree preferred. Advantage for candidates with relevant certifications
• Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work in a team
• Meticulous, Independent with good communication skills, interpersonal and leadership capabilities
• Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
• Able to multi-task
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
