The School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering is seeking a Research Fellow passionate about soft robotic technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manufacture bio-inspired soft gripper system with optimal structure.
- Design and develop tactile sensing mechanism on the developed robotic systems.
- Create embodied AI technology for the robotic system.
- Perform testing and validate the performance of the developed gripper system.
Job Requirements:
- PhD Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Information, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Good GPA in Bachelor and PhD Degree
- At least 4-year research experience in related area
- Expertise in robotic gripper design and manufacturing, tactile sensing systems, embodied AI and related fields
- Proficiency in English and publication in related areas for research work
