Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot, install, and configure workstations and other IT equipment.
• Evaluate, test, and implement upgrades for software and hardware.
• Conduct daily monitoring, maintenance, and backups of IT systems.
• Maintain operational procedures, manage inventory control, and assist with IT procurement.
• Support user account management and administration tasks.
• Liaise with vendors for ongoing hardware and software maintenance.
• Assist in updating and maintaining IT documentation.
• Undertake additional duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or ITE in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
• Prior experience in technical support, desktop support, or a related role is advantageous.
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
