About the role
SBS Transit Limited is seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team in the Gali Batu North Region. This is a full-time role that will provide you with valuable experience in the field of recruitment and talent management.As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to attract and onboard top-tier candidates for various positions within the company.
What you'll be doing- Assisting with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Maintaining and updating the company's applicant tracking system and candidate database
- Supporting the coordination and organisation of recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
- Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in the use of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- A keen interest in the field of talent acquisition and a desire to learn and grow
- Familiarity with the principles of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
