Senior Component Services Executive, Commercial
Job Description
The Commercial Assistant Manager / Executive will be a key driver for developing the commercial strategy and directions of campaigns. He/she will be directly responsible for pricing implementation, generating competitive analyzes and strengthening overall profit margin.He/she will be working closely with the Marketing & Sales and Fleet Management team, to develop a winning proposal bid to obtain new client contracts in order to keep business growth opportunities in the pipeline.
Responsibilities- Receiving customer’s instructions to render our services.
- Communicate with all departments involved in completing the business plan.
- Following up and corresponding with various bodies, including but not limited to associates within the division.
- Prepare an accurate business plan and build cost estimates by gathering information and analyzing relevant costing.
- To create business plans at agreed margins.
- Generate accurate and detailed proposals for the business plan.
- Assist the Marketing & Sales team’s queries with regards to the business plan
- Maintain current information on ongoing pricing structures.
- Collecting and storing commercial information from various sources, responsible for compiling reports and presentations as required.
- Prepare, maintain, and update commercial files and assist in collecting & analyzing information.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and data
- A subject-related educational qualification no less than a Bachelor degree, the subject can be Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Aerospace, or anything that falls within this category
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Working experience under a commercial context in the aviation industry would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good communication and writing skills
- Attention to details, conscientious
- Able to think analytically, work independently and make good judgment
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to priorities workload and meet required deadlines
- Advance computer skills in Microsoft Excel
Selected candidates may be considered for Assistant Manager or Senior Executive or Executive depending on experience and qualifications.
