About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Management Trainee Program — a structured, fast-track career pathway designed to groom future leaders in the marine and shipping industry.

As a Management Trainee of Business Analyst, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and cross-functional exposure to develop your analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities.

1. Conduct market research and analyze data related to Southeast Asian markets
2. Prepare market study reports to support business strategy and decision-making
3. Assist in container shipping operations and follow up on execution processes
4. Participate in cross-functional project management and real-world problem solving

1. Technical & Hands-on experience in marine logistics and operations
2. Leadership & decision-making skills through real-time project involvement
3. Exposure across departments to understand business holistically
4. Continuous mentorship and feedback for personal and professional growth

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in discipline from business, management or similar.
2. Strong interest in market research, international logistics, and business operations.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. A fast learner with strong initiative, responsibility, and problem-solving ability.
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (due to daily liaison with Chinese-speaking clients).
