Final test senior associate engineer

• Location: Serangoon North

• Salary: UP TO $4.1K

Job scope:

• Conduct machine calibration, setup, and validation for semiconductor packaging equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide Level 1 technical support to troubleshoot assembly and process issues to achieve target yield and cycle time.
• Support Process Engineers in developing and qualifying inspection protocols and equipment integrity tests.
• Assist in improving process recipes, tooling, and manufacturing workflows, including documentation updates.
• Ensure required fixtures, jigs, drawings, and work instructions are prepared and available for production.
• Record and maintain accurate manufacturing test data and generate quality reports as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Materials Science, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent) with minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Possess strong interest in statistical analysis skillset with demonstrated ability to conduct design-of-experiment. Proficient in JMP or Minitab would be a plus
• Excellent systematic problem solving in areas of containment and countermeasures
• Experience in handling semiconductor capital equipment GUI and hands-on experience in process development of advanced packaging processes (die attach, TCB, FOWL or FC) will be advantageous
• Demonstrate flair in handling data analyzer, data processing tool (excel etc.) and words processing tools will be advantageous
