Job Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customers’ shopping experience
Identify and maximise sales opportunities within the store
Monitor stock levels and perform replenishment duties
Support daily store operations and administrative tasks
Track and analyse departmental sales performance
Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standard

Bras Basah Complex
The Woodleigh Mall
Toa Payoh
Causeway Point
White Sands
Westgate
Clementi Mall
Bedok Mall

Roles available: Supervisor / Retail Assistant / Cashier

Working Hours

5-day work week, 2 rostered off days per week
Working hours: 10:30 AM – 9:45 PM
Bras Basah Complex: 9.30am to 7.15pm / 9.15pm
2-hour meal break provided

Job Requirements

Min. Diploma qualification
GCE ‘O’ Levels / ITE qualification with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
Experience in retail or supermarket industry will be advantageous
Passionate in English books and customer engagement
Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
