Electrical Engineer (Facilities Management) - Bedok

Are you passionate about electrical systems and infrastructure development in critical environments like healthcare or institutional buildings? We are looking for a Senior / Facilities Engineer (Electrical) to manage electrical infrastructure projects, maintain building systems, and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic, high-stakes setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planned and preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and infrastructure
• Manage and maintain existing building structures and systems to ensure functionality, efficiency, and safety
• Participate in new building construction projects, providing input on electrical design and system integration
• Supervise service partners and contractors, ensuring service quality, safety, and contractual compliance
• Coordinate tasks and schedules to support smooth execution of electrical maintenance and project works
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal departments on electrical-related issues
• Assist in evaluating electrical needs and system design in both operational and project settings
• Support fire safety coordination, including compliance with statutory and building codes
• Assist in Green Mark-related initiatives, energy audits, and sustainable electrical infrastructure planning
• Conduct incident investigations and submit technical reports for review

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management
• Preferably 2 years or more of relevant experience in electrical system design, building maintenance, or facilities engineering
• Familiarity with statutory requirements, energy management, and electrical safety standards
