About the role

Join our dynamic client team as a FileNet Developer. In this long term role based in Singapore , you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining our enterprise content management system, utilising your expertise in the FileNet platform.

With your passion for technology and problem-solving, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our information management processes.

What you'll be doing

Design, develop and implement FileNet-based solutions to meet the organisation's content management needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the FileNet environment, ensuring the platform's stability and performance
Develop custom workflows, rules, and integrations to enhance the functionality of the FileNet system
Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively leverage the FileNet platform
Stay up-to-date with the latest FileNet technologies and best practices, and recommend improvements to the system

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a FileNet Developer or in a similar role
Proficient in FileNet platform development, including experience with CMIS, Java, and web services
Strong understanding of enterprise content management principles and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address technical issues
Experience in project management and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
