Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management while actively contributing to the company's growth through strategic business development activities. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong understanding of business development principles.

Responsibilities:

Executive Assistance:

  • Complex Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule and manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize appointments.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Document Preparation & Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and other documents. Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Expense Management: Process expense reports, manage invoices, and track budgets.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions.

Business Development:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and research potential clients and markets, generate leads through various channels (networking, online research, etc.), and qualify leads for further action.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Sales Support: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, assist with contract negotiations, and track sales progress.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Networking & Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in executive support and/or business development.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

This position may require occasional travel and flexibility in working hours to accommodate business needs. The role is integral to the company's growth and requires a proactive and committed individual.
