Executive, Motor Claims - Geylang

Overview

This exciting opportunity is with a leading international insurer, and they are looking for a seasoned executive in motor claims to join their growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage various claims (own damage, total loss, third-party property/injury) efficiently and within service benchmarks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including policyholders, intermediaries, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, and third-party claimants.
• Guide and support assistants; ensure timely reserve updates and escalate serious/fatal injury cases to management.
• Handle third-party disputes, court matters, and legal communications, including coordination with solicitors on liability and settlements.
• Provide underwriting support by identifying policy breaches, claims trends, NCD issues, and other relevant insights.

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant claims experience handling motor insurance
• Certification in CGI is highly preferred
• Good Team spirit, conscientious, tactful, and customer-focused
• Well-versed in insurance principles
• Ability to work under extreme pressure
