1. Production Manager (Loyang)

Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm, Sat 8am-12pm (Alt)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Production Department to achieve company goals and quality standards.
• Oversee production, new model development, customer service, supply chain, and logistics operations.
• Plan production and materials to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Monitor machine uptime and optimize manpower deployment.
• Drive cost control, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Support inter-department functions to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Precision Engineering.
• At least 6 years’ manufacturing experience, including 4 years in a supervisory role (preferably in Precision Engineering or Sheet Metal industry).

1. Quality Manager (Tuas)

Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm, Sat 8am-12pm (Alt)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the QA Department to achieve company quality objectives.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate quality assurance programs and strategies.
• Manage customer complaints, audits, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure proper calibration of test and measuring equipment.
• Oversee subcontractors to meet technical and delivery requirements.
• Review and implement QA plans, inspection/test procedures, and risk controls.
• Coordinate inter-department efforts to meet schedules and quality goals.
• Approve nonconformance dispositions and drive continuous improvement.
• Report QA system performance to management and ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Quality Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Quality Management, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, audits, and process improvement.
• Able to travel between Tuas and Loyang plants.
