IT Assistant Manager, Healthcare Data and Business Intelligence - Toa Payoh

• Oversee day-to-day analytics operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of data requests
• Conduct data extraction, statistical and predictive analyses, and present findings to stakeholders
• Manage dashboards, intranet content, and internal documentation systems
• Enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and manpower utilisation within the team
• Lead and coach staff to ensure continuity of operations and quality of outputs
• Support research, clinical, and quality improvement projects
• Participate in requirement gathering, data modelling workshops, and datamart development
• Serve as secretariat for key meetings, task forces, and special projects

• Bachelor Degree in Data Analytics/ Statistics/ Business Analytics or related studies
• 4 - 5 years of experience in business analytics in a healthcare setting, preferably at least 3 years experience in managing a team
• Knowledge in project management, data modelling and programming tools such as SQL, AWS Sagemaker is required
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
• Statistical analysis, predictive analytics, geo-spatial analytics will be advantageous
