Service Engineer (HVAC Commissioning) – Mission-Critical Systems

Salary: SGD 5,000 – 6,000 + Variable Bonus (1–3 months)

• Transport Allowance: SGD 1,000 (car)

About the Role

We are seeking a Service Engineer with strong hands-on experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, particularly in commissioning and troubleshooting within critical or industrial environments.

• Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of climate control systems at customer sites
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and control system issues
• Conduct functional testing and root cause analysis during commissioning
• Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance
• Prepare detailed commissioning and service reports
• Provide on-site technical support and basic training to customers
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with industry best practices

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC servicing and commissioning
• Experience in data centres, precision cooling, or other mission-critical environments
• Strong troubleshooting capability in HVAC systems, electrical components, and controls
• Able to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics independently
• Class 3 driving license and willing to travel to multiple sites

• National Technical Certificate (NTC) / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• Familiarity with precision cooling or similar climate control systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in field environments
• Comfortable with after-hours or standby work when required

• Exposure to mission-critical projects (e.g. data centres)
• Work with advanced climate control technologies
