We are preparing to launch our next outlet at Varel Singapore, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel located on Selegie Road. Opening in Q1 2026, this is your opportunity to lead a pioneering team and shape the guest experience from day one.
We’re looking for a dynamic F&B Manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. If you have pre-opening experience or the drive to grow with us, we’d love to meet you.
About the Role
As F&B Manager, you’ll oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring excellence in service, profitability, and team development. You’ll play a key role in launching our new outlet, setting the tone for guest experiences and operational success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily restaurant and event operations
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing service team
- Develop SOPs and workflows for pre-opening and ongoing operations
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control strategies
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and sustainability practices
- Collaborate closely with culinary, bar, and hotel departments
- Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Forecast business volume and plan staffing accordingly
- Analyse revenue reports and drive continuous improvement
- Represent the F&B department in hotel leadership meetings
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Passion for food, coffee, and heartfelt service
- Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style
- Detail-oriented and proactive
