KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA processes to prevent defects and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other standard.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support the Quality Management System (QMS), including documentation and record-keeping.

Quality Control (QC):

• Perform incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspections using tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs) and document results in detailed reports.
• Document findings in detailed QC reports, tracking defects, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production to resolve real-time quality issues and minimize downtime.
• Liaise with suppliers to address material non-conformities and improve quality metrics

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to root-cause analysis and implement quality improvement.

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in QC/QA roles within manufacturing, with expertise in inspections, audits, and QMS.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, using metrology tools, and analyzing data (e.g., SPC, Pareto charts).
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar QA credentials are a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
