The company is looking for an HR Executive to support their daily operations and ensure smooth HR processes across the organisation. Ideal candidates are alert, friendly, proactive, and possess strong attention to detail, with good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

The company is a well-established manufacturing company in Singapore.

Job Description
  • Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Work Passes application, renewal and cancellation
  • Leave and medical benefits administration, approve employee’s medical submission
  • Timesheet management: verify the leave, checking and verifying of employees’ overtime, data creation in the time management system
  • Administer employment, transfer, and promotions processes efficiently and ensure HR files and confidential records are kept properly.
  • Maintain and upkeep employee records in the HR system, personnel files management
  • Policy Implementation & Communication: Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, communicate updates to employees, and support in HR handbook/HR forms updates.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory Government claim: NS/Maternity/ Paternity, Child Care, and foreign worker levy waiver
  • Foreign worker’s dormitories administration & Primary Care Plan (PCP)
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Correspond regularly with Government bodies and Statutory boards on related surveys.
  • Assist in internship attachment programme
  • Work injury compensation Insurance & Hospitalization claims submission & filing of work incident report
  • Provide support as and when assigned ie, company events, recreation activities, etc.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in HRM or related fields
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong office administration skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, independent, Resourceful and Positive working attitude
  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to speak conversational Chinese in order to liase with Mandarin speaking workers
  • MS Office Applications
  • Able to start immediately would be a plus
