Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our retail team. You will play a key role in assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering a positive in-store experience.

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable lighting and bathroom solutions
• Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement
• Coordinate with team members on stock availability and deliveries
• Support daily retail operations and sales targets

• Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality
• Good communication skills
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred
• Willing to learn about lighting and bathroom products
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and retail hours

• Basic salary: $2,200 – $2,400 (depending on experience)
• Sales commission & incentives

• 6 days work week (Retail hours)
• Off day on weekday
