Job Description
- Supervise the day-to-day operations ensuring that customer expectations and performance metrics are met or exceeded
- Responsible for coordinating with Shopfloor Supervisor / Buyer on delivery orders and returns
- Liaise with various departments to resolve any warehouse operation related
- Generate and monitor KPI
- Arrange daily delivery to shopfloor
- Train employees in all outbound functions according to company procedures
- To maintain a neat and clean warehouse environment (5S)
- Perform other related warehousing duties or Ad-hoc job assigned by the supervisor
- Knowledge in Warehouse & logistic Operations
- Ability to demonstrate high sense of urgency and highly adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Minimum O level and above
- Excellence business writing in English and oral communication and interpersonal skill
- Knowledge on SAP system, Excel, Words Power point and Teams will be advantage
- Minimum 5-year or more warehouse experience
