Responsibilities:

• Support production supervisor and manager on-site and off-site
• Learn and develop a good understanding of the equipment
• Operate and maintain processing equipment with hands-on
• Hands on machinery maintenance and fixing problems
• Perform cleaning of equipment pre- and post-production
• Plan and organize tasks and work-flow
• Withdraw and weigh starting materials for production
• Understand and comply with SOPs and work instructions
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 5-10 years of work experience in pharma/cosmetic production process or similar
• Hands-on machinery technician and enable machinery maintenance and fixing problems
• Familiarity with manufacturing techniques and equipment
• Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
