Digital Marketing Executive (Property Lead Generation)

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to help us build a scalable lead generation system for the real estate business.

This role is focused on generating high-quality buyer and seller leads through digital channels, primarily via Facebook & Instagram advertising.

• Plan, launch and optimise advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
• Generate consistent leads for property buyers and sellers
• Test and improve ad creatives, hooks, and marketing angles
• Monitor campaign performance (CPL, CTR, conversion rates)
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
• Build and optimise simple funnels (landing pages / lead forms)
• Continuously experiment with new strategies to scale results

• Experience running Facebook / Instagram ads (lead generation preferred)
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels (ad → lead → conversion)
• Data-driven mindset (comfortable analysing performance metrics)
• Ability to test creatives and improve results over time
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented

Bonus (not required):

• Experience in real estate marketing
• Familiar with tools like GoHighLevel or landing page builders
