Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician (12 Hours Shift) #MassHiring

• 12-hour shift (Day Shift) – 4334 pattern
• 1-Year Contract (Convertible)

• Basic Salary: Up to $2,800
• Shift Allowance: $15 per day
• Completion Bonus provided
• Contract role with conversion opportunity

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on wafer fabrication equipment according to SOPs and maintenance checklists
• Carry out inspection, cleaning, repair, and replacement of components such as pumps, seals, and sensors to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
• Ensure strict compliance with cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and 5S/6S standards during all maintenance activities
• Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, vacuum, and RF-related issues, and support engineers in equipment breakdown analysis
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and update equipment logs in MES system
• Manage spare parts handling including receiving, inspection, staging, and preparation prior to installation
• Monitor equipment conditions, alarms, and performance indicators, and support improvement of machine reliability and efficiency
• Support maintenance of semiconductor tools including Etch, Deposition (CVD/PVD), Lithography, and CMP equipment
• Work with critical systems such as vacuum pumps, gas panels, and robotic handling systems

• NTC / ITE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field
• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Able to perform basic troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with PPE (bunny suit)
• Familiar with preventive maintenance procedures and safety practices in manufacturing
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
