We’re looking for a Data Analyst to partner with clinical and finance teams, turning data into actionable insights that improve service delivery, optimise costs, and support strategic decisions.

Partner with clinical and finance stakeholders to identify opportunities where data can improve operational performance and cost efficiency
Build dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI) to track key metrics such as service utilisation, revenue trends, and cost drivers
Analyse the impact of new service codes, pricing changes, and workload trends on financial performance
Design and develop data pipelines (ETL) to extract, transform, and prepare large datasets for analysis
Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for business decision-making
Support automation of recurring reports and performance tracking frameworks
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by measuring outcomes and identifying optimisation opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Mathematics / Data Science or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Hands-on with SQL and data visualisation tools (Tableau / Power BI)
