Marketing Executive (Full-Time/Full-Time)
Job Role
As a Part-Time Marketing Executive, your main role is to support the Marketing Team by reaching out to potential brand collaborators (e.g., influencers, content creators, media partners) and assisting with the coordination and execution of content such as photo and video shoots.You will also help manage social media postings and campaign-related communications to ensure smooth promotion of the brand across digital platforms.
Detailed Breakdown:- Identify and reach out to potential influencers, collaborators, or brand partners for marketing campaigns
- Coordinate and assist during content creation activities such as product photoshoots and video shoots
- Support in the execution of social media postings and online promotions
- Maintain and update internal records of outreach progress, campaign performance, and collaborator lists
- Liaise with collaborators to align on expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Assist the Marketing Team with ad-hoc tasks and campaign roll-outs as required
- Currently pursuing or completed diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
Work Experience: Prior experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand collaboration is preferred but not essential
Skills- Strong communication skills, especially in writing and speaking with external partners
- Comfortable using digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Capcut)
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools for image creation, video editing, and content writing.
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic understanding of social media trends and online branding
- Outgoing and confident, with a friendly and persuasive approach
- Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Has a genuine interest in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
