A leading Japanese manufacturing company is seeking a field service engineer (customer service support) to support the team. This is a newly created role.
Your new role- Assist clients in the installation/commissioning of the Equipment
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for the Equipment
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections and recommend necessary upgrades or improvements
- Liaise with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions
- Develop and maintain good relations with clients
- Provide support to clients on the proper operation and care of the Equipment
- Diploma/ITE in Electronics/Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical/ Engineering or a related field
- 2 -4 years working experience
- Good working knowledge of heavy machinery/industrial equipment will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
