Assistant Consultant
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, analytical, and highly communicative Assistant Consultant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position designed for fresh graduates who want to build a career in professional consulting. You will work closely with Senior Consultants, gaining hands-on exposure to project management, client relations, and business strategy.
Comprehensive, structured training will be provided to equip you with the necessary industry skills.
Key Responsibilities- Project Support: Assist senior team members in executing consulting projects, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Client Coordination: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and follow-ups.
- Reporting & Documentation: Draft research reports, prepare presentation decks (PowerPoint), and compile meeting minutes.
- Bilingual Engagement: Communicate effectively with regional stakeholders and Mandarin-speaking clients, including translating business documents when required.
- Education: Open to all disciplines; a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English. Must be able to understand and converse fluently in Chinese/Mandarin to effectively manage and support Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
