They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Relationship Manager to support their Corporate Banking team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working at the intersection of client onboarding, KYC, and transaction monitoring, while still gaining exposure to broader banking functions.

Job Description You'll play a key role in supporting relationship managers, with a strong focus on KYC and transaction-related activities: Lead and manage Know-Your-Customer (KYC) processes, including onboarding and ongoing monitoring in line with regulatory requirements Support client onboarding and account maintenance, ensuring smooth and compliant setup Monitor, track, and process client transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution Prepare and maintain client documentation, including loan and administrative paperwork Coordinate with internal departments and head office to ensure efficient transaction processing Assist in preparing reports and compliance documentation for internal and regulatory purposes Support relationship managers in client servicing, including meeting coordination and follow-ups Participate in client meetings, business calls, and onboarding discussions Contribute to business development efforts by tracking pipeline and supporting new client initiatives This role involves limited credit analysis responsibilities, allowing you to focus more on operational excellence and client lifecycle management.

The Successful Applicant Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Banking, preferably in KYC, onboarding, or transaction support roles Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (KYC/AML) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills What's on Offer Gain deep expertise in KYC, client onboarding, and transaction workflows Exposure to end-to-end client lifecycle management in corporate banking Collaborative environment with opportunities to work closely with front office and operations teams
