Geylang - HR Generalist (1 year contract/ CBD/ Tech/ Up to SGD 7,000)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
• Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Provide training and support to managers on performance evaluation best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare reports and analytics related to HR metrics as needed.
• Support the identification of training needs and coordinate training sessions.
• Promote employee development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
