HVAC Sales Engineer /Sales Manager (Chiller / Data Centre Cooling)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: Alexandra (few bus stops from Commonwealth MRT)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic + Transport allowance/reimbursement + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Sales Engineer : Up to $5500
- Sales Manager : Up to $8000
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors
- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and customized proposals
- Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable chiller solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored system solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Handle contract preparation and negotiation in line with company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management
- Support marketing initiatives, including events and sales materials
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering, or relevant qualifications/experience in HVAC or technical sales
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC / chiller systems sales or related field
- Individuals with chiller service engineering experience are also welcome to apply.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric solutions
- Proven ability to manage complex, solution-based sales cycles
