Operations Executive (Healthcare) - Bukit Merah

• 5.25 working days, alternate Saturday half day

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensure the efficient and timely processing of daily orders, coordinating all necessary steps to meet customer expectations.
• Receive incoming stock shipments, conduct thorough inspections for quality and accuracy, and repackage items as needed for storage or distribution.
• Perform quality checks on products, pack orders securely, and arrange for prompt and accurate delivery to customers.
• Maintain warehouse operations in adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
• Assist in the restocking process and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and availability of products.
• Accurately input and update inventory and order information into the system, maintaining data integrity.
• Assist in the operations of the maritime clinic, including the delivery of medications in alignment with vessel schedules.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management or supervisors to support warehouse and operational efficiency.

• Diploma in any discipline, with at least 1 of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in healthcare industry. Those with experience in managing support operations will have an advantage.
