Key Responsibilities
Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare management reports to support strategic decisions such as expansion and cost optimisation.
Lead financial analysis for ad-hoc projects and business initiatives.
Oversee M&A accounting, including purchase price allocation and valuation of assets and liabilities.
Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements.
Develop and monitor post-acquisition integration plans and financial performance.
Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence for potential transactions.
Participate in deal structuring, negotiation, and transaction documentation.
Monitor post-acquisition results and track synergy performance.
Act as the finance lead for M&A matters, working closely with Legal and Operations teams.
Maintain accurate financial reporting and ensure proper documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, transaction services, or investment banking.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
Good knowledge of accounting standards and corporate finance principles.
Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
