Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support and troubleshooting for schools on various technical issues
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, AV equipment, and tablets
- Install, update, and troubleshoot software, including Microsoft Office, antivirus, and other educational applications
- Handle and transport IT assets using mobile carts/ trolley (up to 100kg load)
- Perform other ad-hoc onsite IT support tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC qualification in Information Technology or a related field
- Good command of English to liaise with school staff and other stakeholders
- IT-savvy with a basic understanding of common IT systems and tools
- Comfortable working within a school environment.
