About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our growing team at Peng Chuan Engineering Construction Pte Ltd. This is a full-time position based in the North-East Region. As HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing administrative support for all HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records management
  2. Assisting with the coordination and organisation of HR activities, such as training programmes, team-building events, and employee engagement initiatives
  3. Maintaining and updating employee information in the HR information system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  4. Handling basic HR inquiries and providing support to employees on HR-related matters
  5. Collaborating with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
  6. Providing administrative support for HR reporting and metrics
What we're looking for
  1. 0-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
