Warehouse Executive / Warehouse Coordinator (Ups to $3500)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and pack orders carefully to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system
• Perform regular stock counts and support inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly documented and recorded
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse environment
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth operations and on-time deliveries
• Carry out general warehouse and operational duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Hands-on experience in picking, packing, stock control, and inventory management
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and inventory systems

Warehouse Assistant (Forklift) - Basic $2600 + OT

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and check incoming goods for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Store and organize inventory in the warehouse.
• Perform stock counting and update inventory records.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

Job Requirements:
