Limitless is a youth mental health agency (charity IPC) that provides accessible mental health services to young people aged 12 - 25.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be part of Limitless’ Community Resource, Engagement & Support Team (CREST), working on giving emotional support to youths and their caregivers, increasing awareness of mental health conditions, connecting youths to appropriate medical and social services, facilitating activity-based groupwork and managing outreach events.

The incumbent will be working with youths who may have mental health conditions, or are in mental distress. And duties may include:

• Providing Intake and Referral (Triage) services and mental health screening for youths reaching out for mental health support
• Providing Basic Emotional Support for youths reaching out to the organisation
• Support outreach efforts including on-site booths and talks
• Handle enquiries from members of public who request for service
• Administration
• Other support for organisation’s activities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• IT Savvy with experience using Microsoft Office and Excel
• Attended any course in parent engagement or any introductory counselling modality.
• Previous working experience working with Youth.

• Bilingual proficiency (English and Mother Tongue/Dialects)
