Job Description
Internship - Assistant Engineer
The Assistant Engineer Intern will support the production and design teams in day-to-day operations related to mechanical assembly, testing, documentation, and logistics. This internship offers hands-on experience in machine assembly, technical documentation, and workshop practices.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support- Assist the machine assembly team with mechanical assembly and installation tasks
- Support in machine testing, data collection, and debugging activities
- Measure and inspect parts against technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure all work tools are properly maintained and kept clean
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices within the workshop
- Assist in preparing machine manuals and other technical documentation
- Help with material handling and logistics coordination
- Support in preparing Purchase Requisition Forms and Purchase Orders
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or engineering team
