A Construction Supervisor is responsible for managing daily site operations and ensuring construction work is completed safely, on time, and according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise workers and subcontractors on site

Monitor daily construction progress

Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed

Check quality of work and materials

Read and follow construction drawings/plans

Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients

Solve site problems quickly and efficiently

Prepare daily progress reports

Ensure project deadlines are met

Manage manpower and site materials properly

Required Skills:

Leadership and team management

Good communication skills

Knowledge of construction methods

Problem-solving ability

Time management

Safety awareness

Basic computer/reporting skills

Qualifications:

Experience in construction field

Diploma / Technical certificate (preferred)

Knowledge of Singapore safety standards is a plus

Ability to speak English
